Shipping: We ship daily, trackable, reliably, CO2-neutrally, and quickly via DHL or DHL Warenpost.
• Free in Germany for orders over €50 (€5 for orders under €50)
• Free in the EU for orders over €200 (€10 for orders under €200)
• Free worldwide for orders over €400 (€25 for orders under €400).
In Switzerland, shipping costs a flat rate of €25 for orders under €400. MeinEinkauf.ch makes the whole process easier and more affordable. MeinEinkauf.ch handles all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. Your goods will arrive quickly, customs cleared, and at a reasonable price.
If an item is out of stock or delivery is delayed, we will notify you immediately. If, through no fault of our own, we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to our supplier failing to fulfill its contractual obligations, we expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
For advance payment, the stated delivery times (within 1-2 business days) apply from the receipt of payment in our account.
Returns: In the event of a complaint, we will send return labels by email upon request. Otherwise, please return anything that doesn't fit or that you don't like within 14 days to receive a refund. The goods must be unworn or unused and can be returned to us within 2 weeks of receipt.
Once we receive the return, we will refund you within 2-4 days via the payment provider used to pay for your order. Credit card companies usually need a few days to process the payment.
